The Analog Photo Day is organized by the Atelier Photo Argentique association,
non-profit organization dedicated to analog photography,
and member of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).
- Analog Photo Day is not a competition?
Analog Photo Day is not a contest
because there is no money, equipment or prizes to be won.
- So what interest in an artist or amateur photographer participate?
Users of website will vote to select the 25 "best" photographs,
these 25 photographs will then be exposed in the exhibition Analog Photo Day 2009
The photograph which receive the most votes,
will also be on the poster of Analog Photo Day 2009 !
- What about my copyright ?
The photographer remains the owner of the photography
He can sell or give it to Analog Photo Day, he can also ask to have it back at the end of the moving exposition.
The author lent the photograpy free of charge to Analog Photo Day
- Do I have to pay something ?
The paticipation to Analog Photo Day is free of charge.
Analog Photo Day will take care of the cost for the organisation of the exposition
In the next years, we might asked for a conribution but it will remains symbolic.
Analog Photo Day is a non profit organisation.
